Tablers from Long Eaton 461 were victorious at the annual Ilfracombe Birdman event over the summer. A team of intrepid aviators built their own man-powered flying machine, and flew the furthest distance off the pier into the sea. Hucknall have given away another £578 in August to the Rhythm for Life project in Nottinghamshire.
